.5 Micron FDA Polypropylene String Wound Filter, 4 1/2" (4.5") in diameter, 20" in length on a 316 Stainless Steel core.. An FDA Grade string wound cartridge filter suitable for potable water as well as industrial use to reduce sediment, sand, dirt, rust and other impurities. Made from 3 denier polypropylene fiber incorporating ELF (Extra Low Foaming) technology, meeting all USDA requirements for filtration of potable water.
